I had a solar system for more than 30 years. Now it's past it's due date. Called Solnet for help and advice. They sent out a team to "investigate" the problems. Was told and shown that the whole system is done for. Got a quote for a new system and agreed to have it installed. They then started immediately. Could not believe the fast service. The team works well together and I was informed of progress as they went along. After they had finished I was given a "briefing" on how the new system works etc. I am very impressed with the service and friendliness of the workers. The water felt a bit cold at first so I called and they sent out a vehicle to turn up the "heat" of the element. Very happy with Solnet. Thank you. ~ Johan N

I started dealing with SOLNET in February 2015. Since then I have learnt what the words "caring about your customers" really mean. I have experienced human kindness beyond all expectations. Rudi is always prepared to listen to my, sometimes "weird", problem and everybody at SOLNET assists me in a way that makes me feel very special. The expression "walking the extra mile" really comes to life when you come into contact with Rudi and his staff. It is now February 2019. There was a leak on the roof and I phoned Rudi. I had an immediate response and within 2 hours the problem was fixed. I only paid a call out fee despite a "hurdle" that they had to overcome. I really feel that they are eager to solve my problem as quickly as possible and that everything revolves around the quality of service that they are providing. Well done, once again! ~ Marize E

I am a 69 year young widow but in the fortunate position of having a house full of people. The idea of changing over to Solar water heating was introduced to me but I thought that I was too old for that type of investment until I met up with the people at SOLNET. They triggered my memory to when I was paying R 22.00 p/m towards my total electricity bill. I now pay R 2 400.00 p/m. Then they showed me how affordable Solar Water Heating really is and that my savings generated by my Soar System, will pay itself in a jiffy. The best of all was still to come, they came on site, did the installation of my Solar Heating System in only 1 day without disturbing my household or my garden. Rudi's team installed my solar geyser and pool panels about 8 months ago. During that time, as can be expected from wear and tear, I had 2 leaks on my roof from the pool panels. The most recent one was this week. I simply mailed Rudi and his amazing team responded promptly on both occassions. Often companies chase your business and when they are done, you struggle to get hold of them for after sales service. Not in this case, the fact that you can contact the owner directly gives peace of mind. I would not hesitate to place my future business with Solnet because they really go out of their way to keep their customers happy! ~ Shafiq B

My initial call to Rudi Bezuidenhout was to discuss problems that I was experiencing with my one heat pump. After we spoke about the various options, I decided to convert to Solar heating. It made financial sense in the long term. During installation, his team discovered that both my geysers were leaking. They were unable to complete the installation and had to fit me in to their schedule. After further discussions with Rudi, I took his advice to install fibre glass geysers to prevent future issues with corrosion. It was a big job with several challenges, but the team were amazing. They were always smiling and friendly and were happy to accommodate my requests for small changes to the installation for aesthetic purposes. I am very happy with their workmanship, product knowledge and professionalism. Needless to say, both geysers are providing hot water as promised. I would recommend Solnet without hesitation and would use them again should the need arise. ~ Adrian S

Hello Rudi, when you thought you had seen the last of Val – she’s back – just kidding !! I would like to say it was sheer joy having the new cylinder installed and having HOT WATER again – it couldn’t have gone at a worse time for me WINTER !! The service I received from you was first class – professional and speedy. We must have been one of your first clients when you began in the 80’s – this is our third unit from you. I had hoped that now I’m in my 80th year it would have seen me through – obviously the man upstairs has other plans LOL. I need to mention Stefan who was the star of the operation – my word such a credit to you from start to completion. I was so impressed with his work and even more so with the respect he gave me – people like Stefan are few and far between these days – be good to him Rudi. What an amazing experience dealing with this company. From Rudi, the Owner/Manager to David, the Installation Manager, and his installation team. All very professional. I do believe Rudi founded this company in 1986 and you can see the total pride and dedication in the way the staff members operate. What a pleasant experience with an unpleasant geyser problem! Within an hour of my phone call they have arrived, Dawid with his three assistants sorted my problem out within no time and by the evening I could enjoy a fantastic warm shower! The service was exceptionally prompt. The problem was identified and a suggestion offered regarding a solution. This was accepted and the promise of a return the following day was made. However, the guys returned within ONE HOUR and replaced the faulty geyser. They were diligent and efficient and we were extremely happy with the work and with Solnet.
